The project is about the tools for creating and using various online forms. These forms are structured documents through which the user can collect and process the desired information. By using these tools, it is possible to conduct the testing, survey, selling of goods, processing of received information and other activities. To support using of these tools, a guide was developed in Georgian. Different survey forms have been created as a sample: student survey, employer survey, and subject evaluation. With their help, information was collected and processed.
