Annotation:

A new employment portal was developed for this project, and it differs technically and functionally from other existing portals. The site is designed to be user-friendly and updatable for people with a variety of abilities. The platform is built to gather data while taking into account all confidential and personal information protection as required by law, in order to enhance workplace cultures. The platform will also be able to produce relevant data for business planning and asses the effectiveness in economic development for further analysis. - The project's final result is a mobile application and web portal. The intended audience will utilize it in two primary ways, including features for formal and informal education. The following are the features and functions: employment seeker module,employer module,Archive of employee position,Coach module,Student module.To finalize product the following programs will be used: Java, Js, Oracle. Ms Sql, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other necessary programing languages.
