The project was about simplifying people’s activities as we know answering to routine questions does not require great intellectual abilities, often small startups do not have the opportunity to hire separate consultants to answer every question asked by the customer. We have created a chatbot that fits any field and helps the user to get the answer to the desired question. As I mentioned our project can be used for any field, in this case we offer demonstration and experiments on the example of a clothing store. The given technology was implemented on .NET and python, it uses an artificial intelligence model that was predicting with entities and intents. We also support image searching, where clients can upload photos and get similar production, it was done by image similarity bot. Bots are maximally optimized to make predictions. The front was written in Angular.
