Separation of enantiomers of new chiral hydantoin derivatives with cellulose- and amylose-based chiral selectors and normal-phase eluents in high-performance liquid chromatography

The aim of this work was separation of enantiomers of new chiral hydantoins derivatives using high-performance liquid chromatography. 12 different hydantoins derivatives were studied and amylose and cellulose derivatives were used as chiral selectors. n-Hexane-/propan-2-ol mixtures (with different ratios) were used as mobile phases. In addition, enantiomers were fractionated for few chiral hydantoins derivatives and enantiomer elution order was studied.
