The aim of this work was separation of enantiomers of new chiral hydantoin derivatives using high-performance liquid chromatography. 12 different hydantoin derivatives were studied and amylose and cellulose derivatives were used as chiral selectors. Polar-organic mobile phases (methanol and acetonitrile) were used as mobile phases. In addition, enantiomers were fractionated for few chiral hydantoin derivativess and enantiomer elution order was studied.
