The rapid development of technology has contributed to the widespread use of modern IT technologies in organizations. Regardless of what activity the organization is engaged in (for example, training, etc.), it has to use at least several different technologies. Along with the use of technologies, issues such as management of IT infrastructure and processes arise, proper management planning is important both for the organization's IT department and audit, as well as for users (students, academic staff, etc.) in order to quickly and correctly provide IT services, as well as manage infrastructure requirements. Also timely response to incidents and its proper management. There are standard solutions to the problem. The most optimal software JSM (Jira Service Management) and Jira Insight were selected within the framework of the current master's thesis. which use ITIL standards. ITIL - includes the latest, well-tested standards and best practices that ensure the change/improvement of IT processes in an organization. By using the mentioned technologies, an approach is proposed on how to manage the IT infrastructure and processes in the educational institution, identify existing problems in time and prevent them.
