Annotation:

In the fast food or restaurant business, customers have to communicate directly with staff when choosing a menu or paying, which in many cases requires a lot of time. In the market of Georgia, there are not often catering facilities where the mentioned processes are implemented with software. Our goal is to automate these processes through a web application, which will allow us to save time, avoid queues and simplify payment, eliminating the direct use of cash and credit cards. The application will allow the client to order and pay in the restaurant without interacting with the waiter. To identify the restaurant, the application will use the QR code placed on the table, after scanning which the user will see the menu of the restaurant he is in. After choosing the desired dishes from the menu, he will pay the amount and after that the order will be confirmed. We stopped the choice on the web application, because the user had the opportunity to choose the device convenient for him. For implementation, we used the QR-code javascript library, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap in the Front-End part, Laravel framework for the Back-End, and MySQL for building databases. The application can be used by catering facilities, and both consumers and employees inside the facility.
