In this report is discussed Information processing of a weak signal not perceived by the information receiving system (endogenous mechanoreceptor system or electrical device). The result of stochastic resonance now can be used in the digital processing of information. According to this principle, by scanning the galaxies from the second point of Lagrange, as a result of resonant reconstruction, we can calculate: the number of planetary systems, the intergalactic distances, the temperature of the celestial bodies in different galaxies, the number of desertification on Earth, etc. On the basis of the received stochastic model, can be explained the mechanism of hunting potential prey of a biological object - paddlefish with the endogenous system. In the non-linear information theory, noise is perceived not as an unwanted, hindering factor affecting the system, but as a means to optimize the signal and information processing through its action on the system.
